Pantheon engineers work and use the most fitting and appropriate technologies and tools depending on the problem and its constraints. While we are language and technology agnostic, we generally use C# and .NET Framework, Java, Python for various enterprise systems. In addition, we also use C and C++ for systems and embedded development.

The potential candidate should have at least 7 years of experience working as a software engineer building distributed applications.
This position is hybrid with occasional in-person work, but it mostly will be remote.



  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality software products supporting the organization’s standards and infrastructure, using Java and related technologies.
  • Designing robust, secure and scalable software
  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and maintenance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Continuously learn and experiment with emerging tools and technologies.

The potential candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as a database engineer developing relational databases and, preferably, other document-oriented databases.
It requires in-depth knowledge of MS Sql Server and familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
This position is hybrid with occasional in-person work, but it mostly will be remote.



  • Design and develop database solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Write and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
  • Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
  • Build and maintain SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction
  • Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs<;
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards are met


The potential candidate should have at least 4 years of experience working as a front-end developer designing user-friendly, cross-platfrom, and modern UIs.
It requires solid understanding HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Ideally, the candidate has some experience in one of the front-end framework such as React or Angular.
This position is hybrid with occasional in-person work, but it mostly will be remote.
